Costa Rica is so beautiful. I decided to extend my trip for two months! I thought about staying longer or going to Panama afterwards for a bit.. but the weather in NYC will be PERFECT at the end of May. So I’ll probably go back and then stay for June and July! My lease is up in august so I’ll have to decide where to go next! I could easily live here. I’ll never understand why we all don’t live in places like this. Could you move to a tropical location and just live a mellow life on the beach???

NYC apartment = no garage gym 😂 I’m going to put them to use with a workout one of you guys sent to me! 😃🥵💦 10 Rounds of: 2 Minute on the Bike Rest 30 Seconds 2 Minutes on the Rower Rest 1 Minute If you only have one ... or neither... you can easily sub one or both out for running and burpees!! 😰 Interval workouts are perfect for any fitness level because you’re in control of the intensity. Just go easy if you’re just getting back to it 🖤

Try this a few times through: 10x squat to hips up (with your chest pulled in towards your legs) 10x : down-dog to up-dog Nothing fancy.. it never needs to be. Just focus on your breathing and moving in a way that feels good for you. No pressure! But it might end up putting you in the mood to workout... or take a nap 😂

There’s a place for kipping.. but developing pure strength though a full range of motion first is critical! So many people skip straight to kipping pull-ups and handstand push-ups which can lead to injury. And a lot of the times results in never developing the pure strength it takes to do them strict! Aiming to do things with control and good technique will set you up to stay injury free and fit for a lifetime! And will allow you to do more advanced movements down the road. Strict first... Cossack is one of my top three favorite stretches. I suggest doing them before AND after each workout. Add them in periodically throughout the day.. and always in the morning if you want to start the day feeling great. Start with 10-20 reps spending just a moment or two on each side. Then follow that up with another 6-10 reps spending 5-10 seconds on each rep. The video explains the correct way to do it. Make sure to do it properly! But most important... just do it and do it often! 😃♥️

I did 8 sets of high pull + snatch + overhead squat at 50-60% to let my body adjust to lifting consistently again. I’m so happy to have a bar in my hands again! 💃🎉🥰 What’s your favorite lift or complex?? I might share the sports bra fails from this session on my other page 😛🙈. I tried locking them down with two sports bras... but I guess I need a third! I need to create my own sports bra line for big boobie girls! 😂😜😂

That was such an awesome view. I loved that balcony. This is one of my favorite stretches.. the combo of the view and moving my body felt great. Hold onto something in front of you.. Sink into a deep squat and shift side to side. Every once in awhile, lift your hips and aim to straighten your legs. Hold tight and let the weight of your body pull your hips lower. If feels amazing. Give it a try. 🖤 Allie said so! 😜😘

This is one of my all time favorite stretches!! And we all know the best way to stretch is in your undies! 😜 it’s the best handstand outfit, too. 🥰 If your chest, lats and triceps are tight (most guys) then this is for you. If you sit at a desk all day and end up slouching (we all do) this is for you. I do this every single day and before every handstand session. Most guys need this from all the benching and pushups you love to do.. trying to get a big chest like mine 😂 I need to do it because I’m so weighed down in the front. Do it for 1 minute sinking deeper and deeper every 20 seconds. Take a 30 second rest... Then repeat! ⭐️ If you follow me on my paid page, don’t open this!
