I'm so happy I could cry tears of joy! πŸ’• We were suppose to land in NYC on the 6th, but I got super antsy! My Airbnb lost power and water on Halloween, a bird exploded in front of me, and I just knew it was time for me to go. ✈ It's been a hectic long couple of days, but get ready to see more fitness content!! I'm so excited to have found a gym. A REAL gym with bumper plates, barbells, kettlebells.. and even a Platform and squat rack! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it all. I did a few sets of Back Squats.. which was amazing and sad at the same time.. It felt SO good to do it, but my legs almost gave out under weights that I used to warm-ups with not long ago! UGH! Please tell me I'm not the only one having to almost start over! Good thing I love to lift! Because I have a lot of lifting to do! <3

Let's finish strong with day seven! Remember you can do theses whenever you want, day or night! Day 7: All of Them! - General Warm-Up x 1 - 10 Reps of Up Down to Down Dog. (Pedal the feet and spend at least 5 seconds in each position.) - :60 Second Wall Chest Stretch - 2 Minute Squat Hold - :60 Second Lat Stretch on Each Side - 10 Reps of Cossak (Spend at least 5 Seconds on each rep.) - :60 Seconds Spiderman Each Side - Frog Stretch - (10 Double Leg Rocks, 10 Single Leg Rocks Right, 10 Single Leg Rocks Left.) Bonus points if you repeat the entire sequence (excluding the Warm-up)

Keep the chest up!) - Doorway Lat Stretch: :30 Seconds on each side moving chest forward & back - 2 Minute Squat Hold - (Do the same bouncing and twisting while pushing the knees apart. If you need a short break, stank up and shake the legs out. The breaks don't count towards the 2 minutes, so stop the clock!) - Doorway Lat Stretch: :60 Seconds on each side holding & breathing.

Hold each position for 5 seconds and breathe deeply. Single Leg - 5 Rocks forward and back on the right. The 5 rocks forward and back on the left. Gradually spend a little more time in each position and get a little deeper each rep. - Wall Chest Stretch: (Like the previous videos) :60 Seconds: Sink deeper every 15-20 seconds.

Pedal the feet quickly in up dog, and twist the shoulders side to side in the down dog. - Doorway Lat Stretch: :30 Seconds on each side moving chest forward & back - Up Dog to Down Dog: 5 Reps: 10 Seconds in each position. Pedal the feet, but hold for a couple of seconds and push into it. In Up Dog, do a deeper shoulder twist and hold each one for a breath or two. - Doorway Lat Stretch: :60 Seconds on each side holding & breathing I recommend doing this before bed to help unwind from the day ☺️

My last full week in beautiful San Juan is coming to an end!!! We were suppose to go to Rincon, PR, but we decided to stay on this side of the island for a little bit longer because we are enjoying it SOO MUCH!! Hopefully my passport comes in time! We really want to keep visiting places with clear water! Thinking about Costa Rica...Where do you think we should go?! PLEASE!! Leave any suggestions in the comments! I'm sure a lot of you guys are well travelled and I trust your opinion.

Not pushing too deep and trying to breath & relax. - Cossak: 10 Reps (5 on each side) Hold each rep for about 10 seconds and try to sit deeper and/or push the knee out with the hand or elbow. - Wall Chest Stretch: :60 Seconds: Sink deeper every 15-20 seconds.
