Another workout! I’m trying to hit legs 3 times a week for the next two weeks at least, so I showed up still sore from Monday. So I just did some light deadlifts - sumo and conventional, glute drive (not shown, *pullups*, and some single leg calf and ankle work that I’ve added to every session, but typically don’t show.

Ayo waddup; I actually hit legs three times last week and am starting this week off with a head start. Had to wear my red set for MDW 🇺🇸 . I did two plates on the glute drive again (I keep forgetting to film that), Bulgarians (the angle is better on the 2nd leg), RDLs, pull-ups, and hyper extensions to really hit the glutes hard. I look like a straight up frog doing hypers. About to eat chicken and prep for an open mic tonight!

I finally got to hit the gym after this past crazy month! I lost some gains so I gotta get back to it. I took it kind of light to ease back into it - goblet squats, barbell hip thrusts, pull ups! I didn’t get footage of the thrusts bc the gym was packed. I need to find a good gym still!

Soaking in a hot bath in Venice after a day and a half of travel. Exploring Italy and then hopping on a Mediterranean cruise next week. I should be pretty responsive on the ship since we’ll have WiFi. No more comedy live streams from smiths since I’m moving after my vacay 🥹 I normally don’t soak in hotel bathtubs, but f it. They can probably disinfect the marble easily 🛀
