Let's start with the Holzraum (wood room) - can you guess why it has this name?
This gracious room was quite handcrafted - we literally spend a week alone to make the beautiful bricks visible. The room is located in on of our two locations - this one is a small free standing house in the 2nd backyard, a former horse stable as it was customary in Berlin around 1880, 1890 when the house was build.
This is the upper room and was in dire need of tender loving care.
Now it breaths warmth, and is dotted with bespoke BDSM furniture. The bed alone comes with rich history, it has been used for years in the brothel that occupied the room before LUX took over. We kept it and upgraded it. It is now super strong and can hold the wildest games you can imagine. The frame is also strong enough to suspend people from.
You will also find a Victorian school desk for the very naughty ones, who keep forgetting their homework. Many butts have been spanked, while deliciously sprawled over it.
Do you see the mirror? this is the smallest of 5. Two huge ones are mounted on the ceiling, one is hanging on the opposite wall, covering it almost in it's full length and an eclectic golden framed one that leans against a wall. This one moves on a railing, so you can position it where you need it for your play.
This comes in handy when you roll the bondage bench in the middle of the room, so you can make the very best use of it. Or do you like a standing position better? The room also sports a free standing bar wall - very handy for all sorts of dirty games.

Let's continue with our little room tour, shall we? What you see here is our beautiful and fully functioning fetish clinic. This room is located in the newer of our two locations - and used to be a dentist. They left and the rooms were empty for a few years - until LUX signed the lease.
After gutting the place to renew electricity, water and the whole interieur we remodeled the old welcome area into our clinic room.
This turned out to be quite the challenge - as the goal was to make it as authentic as possible.
Now you can loose yourself in the hands of a skilled doctor or nurse, chill out on the original gynaecologist chair or find yourself strapped down securely in our clinic bed for your monitored over night stay. Can you spot all the sexy little details on the picture?
