Woke up to a sticker on my butt 😂 Did I rent an airbnb to shoot for y’all recently? YES. Did I instead get food poisoning there…also yes 🥲 I’m on day 4 of feeling meh but trying my best 💓 The a/c also went out during 2 days and the heat was BRUTAL. I’m sure it did it help. Throwback to one of the first “sexy” photoshoots I ever did! In 2017. Didn’t leave the best taste in my mouth. It was the first time I met this photographer (he reached out on IG) and he asked me about 10 times to remove my bra to take photos like this. By a mall 😅 I was- not excited about it. I have been in individual therapy for about 6/7 years- and let me tell you...it felt so STRANGE talking to a therapist with another person in the room haha. But we found a therapist we really like and had our first session. We are doing something called PACT therapy, which is both partners facing each other and having discussions instead of looking at the therapist the whole time. It's also 2 hours long- and can be longer. It's supposed to be a more intense approach and I am thankful to be doing it. Relationships can never be perfect- and we have some things to work on. If you have ever had couples therapy- would love to hear how your went in my DMs 💓
