I usually have one or two cups a day when I’m focused on toning up my gut. I recommend sticking with it for about 2 to 4 weeks at a time and then taking a break—kind of like a little weight loss hack.
It’s a nice way to reset and support your goals without overdoing it. Give it a shot and see how it works for you! 💪🏾
Looking close to show ready should I decide to step on the stage to compete in 2025. Still undecided as I have other priorities to handle 1st.

A simple and laid-back 1 minute plus demonstration where I show its shape and feel. It involves a bit of light handling—gentle massaging, a little tugging, and squeezing, all while maintaining a relaxed vibe.
Basically how it is when I'm not posing, working out, and gym clothes. Natural hang and yes I'm not nude in this. Repeat not nude 😉

I ask because with alot of Females you would think they crave the big sizes but in truth they prefer medium to smaller sizes.
I had several who was scared to try mines or was one and done 😂. Curious on you all take on what's considered way too much.
