Happy new year, everyone! After a few years of not tracking consistently, tomorrow I’m going to begin logging and posting my weight updates again. It is my goal to start tracking bi-weekly this year, doing a video and update/journal every weigh-in, like a weight loss vlog but the opposite goal in mind.
