In this second video we perform more mastered postural exercises that involve strength, such as planks with movement, bridges with glute awareness, deep squats without breaking posture, etc. They are exercises that we usually do and do not come from something "mastered" which in turn does not involve as much effort as to internalize the body! En este segundo video realizamos ejercicios posturales mas dominados que implican fuerza, como son las planchas con movimiento, puentes con conciencia de gluteo, sentadilla profunda sin romper postura etc. Son ejercicios de los que solemos hacer y no salen de algo "dominado" que a su vez no implica tanto esfuerzo como para interiorizar el cuerpo! No te vuelvas loco pensando que hiciste menos trabajo o menos esfuerzo de los dias que entrenabas. Al contrario, buscamos que vuelva a reacomodar, reconocer y volver a tomar fuerza de nuestros musculos en base a nuestro anterior trabajo. Therefore, since I haven't trained for a while, it is not convenient to do the same strength exercises or lift the same weight that you used to do. First we must take into account that the body is "loose" and lost part of the power we had. That is why I bring you the range of mobility and flexion exercises with sustained forces to perform. In this first video I am focused on recovering and working within the mobility of my body with a slight, tolerable effort. And postural positions with time stops.

Buen dia! Les traigo mi caso para que lo puedan aplicar m. Yo hace 2 semanas que no entreno, por complicaciones de trabajo, el tratamiento del diente que tuve que hacer y demas cosas que surgen en los momentos menos inesperados.
Por ende, como llevo un tiempo sin entrenar, no es conveniente ejercer los mismos ejercicios de fuerza o levantar el mismo peso que solia hace. Primero debemos tener en cuenta que el cuerpo esta "flojo" y perdio parte de la potencia que teniamos. Por eso les traigo la gama de ejercicia de movilidad y flexion con fuerzas sostenidas para realizar. En este primer video esta abocado a recuperar y trabajar dentro de las movilidades de mi cuerpo con un ligero esfuerzo tolerable. Y posiciones posturales con detenciones de tiempo.

I had the first root canal treatment on my tooth, I have the second part left this Friday. And with that we are ready to start again! Tuve el primer tratamiento de conducto en la muela, me queda la segunda parte este viernes. Y ya con eso estamos para volver arrancar!
