I made this fabulous Pasta Al Tonno and a beautiful salad… the wine was a fabulous Chianti Classico that was so simple but paired perfectly with this rustic meal….
Can you guess what’s for dessert???
I could be making you breakfast… but would probably need less clothes 😝😝😝
Did you know there’s a secret to making bacon crisp and flat… perfect for sandwiches 🥪
Sprinkle a little flour on the top ….
I like my bacon thick so I have to stop by my butcher and pick it up.
1. Pre-heat the oven to 375
2. Lay it on a rack… (not mine 😝)
3. Dust with a little flour (I use imported 00 from Italy… it’s the best!)
4. Season…. Coarse Ground Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper (you know I like all the things 🥵 spicy) and a little Smoked Paprika
Cook 15-30 minutes depending on how crisp you like it.
I don’t think I have a chance of getting this to zip without your help 😏😏🖤🖤🖤
