Look at the menu beforehand and be sure to drink water before and during your meal to avoid eating too fast. Don’t be afraid to ask questions about how the food is prepared if you’re not clear. Try to avoid fancy mixed drinks that add tons of calories and processed sugars and flavors. My go to drink order is tequila, soda, lime with a splash of grapefruit juice πŸ’–
