Steps to performing glute kickbacks -
1) place your hands directly beneath your shoulders and knees directly beneath your hips. Keep your back flat and arms fully extended.
2) Flexing your foot and keeping the knee bent, raise your knee up behind you until your thigh is parallel with the ground.
3) Squeeze your glutes at the top and slowly lower your leg to the starting position.

Make yourself a priority first thing in the AM π€ something that works for me is leaving my workout clothes and shoes out the night before so the first thing I do when I wake up is put on my outfit and go! πͺπΌ Taking the time to exercise and feel my best every day is so important to me. I donβt even think about it, I just do it!

Dressing up and treating myself on the weekends is my fav ππ there are so many ways to stay healthy on track when going out! Look at the menu beforehand and be sure to drink water before and during your meal to avoid eating too fast. Donβt be afraid to ask questions about how the food is prepared if youβre not clear. Try to avoid fancy mixed drinks that add tons of calories and processed sugars and flavors. My go to drink order is tequila, soda, lime with a splash of grapefruit juice π
