How much of your life do you waste focusing on what you donβt want instead of what you do want? Regarding fitness, I have noticed when I spend time focusing on what I do want and my goals, I tend to make choices that lead me to my goals and feeling good. I workout to feel good and eat what I feel like my body needs. Envisioning yourself having the body you want and reaching your goal helps you to take action throughout the day to get there π₯°
