Just like I keep reminding you guys, I have to remind myself and this is the best way. π½ Just look at the difference! The first image was a good start but by repositioning my arms and pushing my back straight up Iβm now getting a deeper stretch in my back leg, spine, and arms!
2020-09-22 12:25:47 +0000 UTC View PostWhat Iβm going to be focusing on the next 2 months is the splits! π I used to be able to do them without stretching but itβs been so long and I lost it πͺ The most important thing to remember is that it takes time! When youβre holding theses stretches make sure youβre focusing on youβre breathing and well as form. Itβs okay to push yourself a little but you donβt want over do it π This is just a clip of my 45 minute stretch but this happens to be my constant go to because it provides one of the deepest leg stretches you can get.

2020-09-03 18:11:03 +0000 UTC View PostOkayyyyy so a lot of people ask me the trick to these two positions and Iβm here to tell you that itβs allllll about your hand placement! βοΈ If you zoom into the photos you can see my head is placed directly over the center of the back of my palms. My right Palm is positioned over my left leaving space in the middle creating gap in the shape of a triangle ππΌπ and I just plop my head in there ππ½ What this does essentially is the same concept as a golf tee β³οΈ Youβre creating a sort of pocket, or indent, for your head to balance on. Comment below if you want me to post a video showing how I get up, && what I did to get the strength & balance to hold & play around with this position π₯°ππ½π€π½

A little bit goes a long way but pleaseeee make sure you are cleaning it off before reapplying more otherwise you could slip! (Trust me π) Once youβve mastered your grip try out this ab workout! I do 30 of them every time I get on the pole. Switch off your left and right arms on top!

But never overstrain your muscles because it can be frustrating but just know it takes months to start seeing a difference in your flexibility. I let quarantine get the best of me the first two months and now I feel like Iβm starting from the very begging.. so follow along with me and weβll get through it π

2020-08-25 21:35:54 +0000 UTC View PostI canβt feel my arms after 30 of these elevated push ups π΄. 3x10 but I donβt do them consecutively because Iβm weak right now and I never want to push myself too hard when Iβm getting back into it. Regular push ups are amazing for your chest but when you add extra elevation.... π€― game changer.

Itβs honestly up to you how many sets/reps you want to do but I normally stick to 3x15 Since Iβm not home where I do my normal routine, Iβm improvising! Nothing like getting a quick workout in before relaxing by the pool ππͺπΌπ (Sometimes I hateeee watching long videos, I would rather just see the run down of what to do just that in my videos)
