🤔Los ejercicios son lentos. Marcados y sientiendo en esfuerzo en esta zona que le hacemos focus. No hay porque apurarse, menos sabiendo que perdemos el centro de atención del area.
🫡La recomendación de trabajo es de 2 series de 5 rep/10rep/15 rep. Depende mucho de tu estado fisico y tolerancia.

El tema ganador de la semana fue 🍑 y 🦵.
1) Trabajamos la posición correspondiente de la cadera, contra la pared, para ejecución fuerte del gluteo. La nivelamos para una mayor acción
2)Frontal contra la pared. Buscamos nivelar tambien, para realizar una apertura fuerte en apertura dentro de la posibilidad articular.
3)Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, realizamos una inclinación al banco, para buscar mas movilidad de la extensión.
4) Puente de gluteo, mantenemos 10 segundo en nuestra posición mas alta apretando. Despues realizamos repeticiones a una pierna.
5) Realizamos sentadillas cortas en funcion core y priorizan 🍑!!! Lo hacemos a dos piernas a ancho de hombro. Despues a una pierna.
Todos los ejercicios se pueden realizar con 2 series de 10 repeticiones o más, dependiendo de tu resistencia o tolerancia.
