Weeoo get warm but remember you have a full leg dumbbell workout to do after this so save some energy ๐๐ค๐คฉ 1. Bop squats 2. Squat jump to leg spread * these suck * 3. Squat to side raise - lean forward slightly & alternating legs each time 4. Crab walk side to side 5. Seated knees press out * lean forward 6. Shoulders elevated hip thrusters * hold your hips up and pulse out against knees if you want to try really burning that tooshie at the end ๐ฅณ* I am going to get back on the lives but I want to create lots of different styles of workouts - let me know what kind of videos, exercises, muscles and equipment yโall want me to be showing off / using! So my LIVE workout didnโt post today & Iโm still figuring out if there is a hidden archive where I can find it potentially ๐ฅบ๐ฉ๐ฅบ itโs actually really disappointing as it was a great live workout, my energy was so prepped + my music was fire.. itโs tough to let go right now because it actually was just such a great session I am sad itโs not around to share with all of you & that I canโt seem to get around LIVE workout hurdles. I only have so much gas in this little tank & as many of you know I am trying desperately to gain weight so when a workout like this goes without being posted it actually breaks my heart.
