Como algunos sabrán, la única forma que existe para bajar de peso o disminuir grasa, es realizando un DEFICIT CALORICO.
Nosotros lo buscaríamos realizarlo de manera voluntaria, comiendo alimentos de bajo índice glucémico y diversidad de proteínas. A eso le sumariamos el ejercicio complementario.
Ambos crearan un desgaste, lo que se tomaría como una X. Esta "X" esta dictada por la cantidad de comida de valor, nuestro cuepro no entiende de alimentos, solo entiende de fuentes nutricionales, por ende, cuando nosotros incorporamos un alimento, mientras mayor valor nutricional aporte, mejor.
El ejerció complementario, es para fortalecer y conseguir un resultado mas optimo, para que no este todo dictado por la comida, y a la hora de haber logrado bajar de peso, no tengamos el aspecto físico "flácido". 💪Ya que lo que otorga un buena visualización física y estética, es la MASA MUSCULAR.
La grasa esta en nuestro cuerpo para cumplir varios tipos de funciones, sea de protección o de suministro de energía futura. Como la de proveer ácidos grasos esenciales que nuestro cuerpo no puede fabricar, e intervine en diferentes procesos hormonales, funciones de transporte etc.
Lo importante a recalcar es el consumo de grasa de calidad, o mejor dicho "grasas monoinsaturadas y poliinsaturadas".
👀Si te digo que comer grasa de calidad, ayuda a bajar de peso? parece contradictorio, pero es la realidad.

Whether from integral health or visual aesthetics. From the part of the diet as from the exercises. The main thing is to recognize what situation I am in, what goal I would like to work for and how much time I am willing to invest. The process can be slow, but it is not impossible. It may take months or years, but it can be reached, the key to everything I do is to see it with a bag. This metaphor is simple, I have an imaginary bag (my body) and every day I introduce positive things or things that add up to my body (nutritional sources, exercises, correction activities, etc). As long as it is consistent in the thread, a habit is adopted. And we went on to see it reflected in a day-to-day life as usual. ¿Se puede tener el cuerpo mejor que ayer?
La respuesta es sí. Cada día que haga algo para mi cuerpo, es un ladrillo más de construcción que aportó para que este mejor. Sea desde la salud integra como de estética visual. Desde la parte de la alimentación como desde los ejercicios. Lo principal es reconocer en que situación estoy, que objetivo me gustaría trabajar y que tanto tiempo estot dispuesto a invertir. El proceso puede ser lento, pero no imposible. Puede llevar meses o años, pero se puede llegar, la clave de todo lo que yo haga es verlo con una bolsita. Esta metáfora es simple, tengo una bolsita imaginaria ( mi cuerpo) y por día le voy introduciendo cosas positivas o que sumen para mi cuerpo ( fuentes nutricionales, ejercicios, actividades de corrección, etc). Mientras sea consecuente en el hilo se adopta un hábito. Y pasamos a verlo reflejado en un día a día como habitual. Ya dejo de ser un "no hice actividad un Martes, doy asco" " como el postre el fin de semana". No te pongas restricción, pensa siempre que tanto de vos podes poner "positivo" en esa bolsita imaginaria.
